Planning for Safe Events
As New York City moves forward safely and cautiously, we are excited to be able to host events again! Our team at the Prince George Ballroom has been hard at work planning for what a return to holding events in our spaces will look like and we can assure you that we are putting the health of you and your guests first without compromising the delivery of a memorable experience.
We continuously and closely monitor information and developments related to Covid-19, following state and city mandated guidelines for gatherings and frequently updating our operations protocols. The health of you and your guests, as well as our staff and partner vendors, is our top priority. We look forward to working closely with you to carefully prepare for your event and make sure that we are all taking the necessary precautions.
Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and New York City public health officials, we have developed protocols that include, but are not limited to:
Disinfection Procedures
Sanitizing high-touch surfaces using EPA-approved disinfectants and an electrostatic sanitizing sprayer before and after your event; includes all door handles, handrails, and surfaces in bathroom/restroom facilities, among others.
Complete sanitation of the venue will occur immediately before and after any event held in the space.
Alcohol-based hand sanitizer stations will be placed at the venue entrance and in additional locations throughout the venue (depending upon your event layout).
Cleaning Protocols
Depending on the length of your event and number of attendees, our maintenance team will provide enhanced cleaning of high-touch surfaces multiple times during your event, with a special emphasis on restrooms.
